Kenny Murphy
 Kenny Murphy has taught tennis since 1989. Kenny is USPTR Certified and is USPTA Certified Professional 1. He has been playing tennis since he was 9 years old competing in tennis tournaments throughout Southern California. He grew up in the Poway, where he started teaching tennis his senior year of high school. He worked with several juniors bringing them to the top their game to compete in all levels of play and tournaments. Kenny focuses a lot on strategy and understanding the game. He emphasizes on his students understanding the best part of their game and their goals. Percentages and patterns are an important part of the game and he teaches his students to understand each and every shot they hit. He believes when a student can come off the court and learn from their wins or their losses, they will always be ahead of their opponents. He teaches his students to be very positive on and off the court. When his students understand their mistakes, they have a more positive approach to bringing their game to new levels. With this being said, this will give each student a more positive look and better understanding of the game. The more knowledge we have of the game, the better we can focus on our own game as well as our opponents.
Kenny believes that learning and playing the game of tennis can be fun and exciting with many, rewards. If you take everything you learn in your lessons as well as your workouts, you will find this can take you to a new appreciation of the game.

- Taught a women's clinic at the Quality Challenge with Bjorn Borg who (won 11 Grand Slam Titles)
- Taught doubles strategy at the Quality Challenge with Brian Godfrey, 1999
- Played in an Exhibition Match with Luke Jensen who (won the 1993 Doubles French Open)
